Take a deep breath Now count down slowly in your mind from 8 to 0. Feel youself sleepy...floating...totally relaxed Relax yourself at your solar pleaxus, the centre of the body. Focus on your breathing. This is nature's natural rhythm. Slowly count back up to 30. You whole body will tingle.
